“Serious Runner” is an alter-ego and video series by Stephen Gnoza, a video editor and producer. Acting on some dubious advice from a friend, he started making YouTube videos during the COVID-19 pandemic. “The Serious Runner” caught on — and a dedicated fan base followed.
